Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
We offer several shipping methods to better serve you, including standard and expedited options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your items. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, and still with the original tags attached. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
Please note that custom orders are final and not eligible for returns. However, non-custom store items can be returned within 14 days.
